Very polite and professional. Came in for an oil change and they informed me of a few issues to address soon. No pressure and very thorough as I already knew the reasons of the issues but didn’t think much of them.
Thank you Brakes Plus, especially Lou and Amanda. They both were very knowledgeable!!! Lou was honest, helpful, and friendly. I felt he cared about me. The prices were fair. I would recommend anybody use this location for car service needs.
Always my favorite place to go! They break down each thing that needs repaired along with how much the total cost will be, and then they let you decide what you would like to do and can offer advice if needed :)
