My husband got a haircut elsewhere and they completely botched his hair. It was worse than bad!! We came here to get it fixed and they were able to completely change his hair and fix it!! We are extremely grateful and happy with the results!

The stylists are friendly and do a great job, and THEY are the reason for the 5 stars!!!I wish they would hire 3-4 more stylists. The wait time for the Coralville store is usually 90+ minutes unless you are there when they open the doors, even worse on the weekends. This location is missing HUGE revenue from people walking in, seeing the wait, and walking out.More stylists is a win for everyone!!!

Was disappointed, not so much with the staff as the web site, I signed my son and myself up for haircuts, father son experience, when we got too the store my name wasn't on the board, my son's was not mine. I asked the staff about it and they said they could add me and would get me back next. My son got his haircut and everyone else in the waiting area for their haircut. They never called me for my haircut. My son finished and we left. This is a rare bad experience for me at sports clips, I may just go to another store.
