He was able to come the same morning I called. He wasn’t able to open the antique roll top desk, but it wasn’t for a lack of trying. He gave advice on where the screws were that held the lock in and I was able to pry it open with minimal issue. He didn’t charge anything for coming out, which I didn’t think was fair, but he wouldn’t take any money. I would highly recommend Russell’s locksmith to anyone.
Excellent communication, quality, service and value. He shared his knowledge and was able get a new deadbolt installed and our front door rekeyed quickly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone know needs their locks rekeyed, deadbolt installed or just a new set of keys.
Excellent service and very reasonable prices. Had a bike rack on my car that I’d lost my keys to. Russell suggested I meet him at his workshop later that day and was able to get it open in a couple minutes.
