I purchased a pair of glasses a few years ago at Costco and have noticed there is flaky discoloration in the lenses which is distracting. I took them back today to say, hey these lenses have discoloration flakes in them. The sales person told me, yes part of the film is coming off the lenses. That was all he offered up, there was no I’ll help you get into a new pair of glasses, I’m sorry, or anything. it was just like Yep, those lens have a defect in the lenses, that happens sometime. Basically sorry you’re out of luck. So I will never buy another pair of glasses from Costco again because of this defect. I believe their lens are subject to defects and don’t hold up after a few years. I’ve never had a pair of glasses with this kind of issue before. And the salesperson stood there doing nothing and let me wait several minutes before coming up to ask if I needed help. Costco, I’m disappointed in your product and today’s customer service.

Saw Dr. Diaz at the clinic. While I'm a Costco member, you don't need to be one to receive care at the clinic as they are independent from the Costco. The front desk did all of the retinal imaging and scans while I waited to see Dr. Diaz which I felt was efficient. I had not had my eyes checked in about 15 years as a child so I had many concerns all of which were addressed. Dr. Diaz was very thorough in explaining the what/why of my eye problems, pinpointed my exact struggles with vision and referred me to the correct type of vision therapy. Cannot recommend enough!

Stopped taking insurance and charges $125 for a contact exam and $85 for glasses exam so if you need both your starting at $210 with no purchase of any contacts or glasses. I have insurance that referred me but cannot use it with this location which should cost a $10 copay those prices are astronomical.

Dr Aria and her staff were amazing. For me getting an eye exam is a chore. This experience exceeded my expectations.From the start they got me right in, we had a great conversation.She answered some questions and gave me great advice about something I was fearing....bifocals.Thanks for the easy process, I’ll be back.

Made a follow up appointment for my contact lenses, was not told about a fitting fee for multifocals. The doctor wouldn't let me come back to see if what see was giving me would work. I was handed lenses and told call us if they work or they don't. Before I left Costco. They didn't work. Went back and told her I was having problems again she just came out with some lenses and then some contacts and was told they should work for you. They didn't. Whats the point of making a appointment if your treated like this. I'm done never again

Dr Aria is located inside the Costco. I had a lot of questions before going in, so here are some things I learned. 1) You do not need a Costco membership to see Dr Aria! 2) My insurance covered the visit and I paid a co-pay of $50. Your insurance may be different. 3) Dr Aria is the nicest, kindest, and most patient optometrist I have ever seen. She patiently and honestly explained all of my options to me. She checked my eyes and assessed my old glasses for me. 4) I was at no point pressured to buy anything! 5) My wait time was less than 5 minutes and her staff were professional and nice, with a big smile. 6) The prescription she writes lasts for 2 years, unlike some cheaper optometrists who sign it for only 1 year, requiring you to go back over and over. 7) Everything was very clean and Dr Aria cleaned everything right in front of me and also cleaned it after I was done with each machine. That made me feel safer during this difficult time.
