I had an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Malinda was great to work with, and John made checking out quick and easy while answering my questions. The entire team was professional and welcoming. I definitely recommend them.
Great place to go for glasses. Very personable. Love the glasses! Alex was extremely helpful and skilled about making sure my glasses work and fit right. The doctor, receptionist, and Melinda ( sorry couldn't catch all the names) were also helpful and friendly. Thank you
I was very impressed with my experience at America’s Best in Coralville. Samantha was able to access my vision insurance online and let me know immediately what my coverage (often complicated?!) was right away. I brought in my prescription from my longtime eye dr and purchased the frames there. Samantha was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. She did not pressure me yet took the time to explain all the options and let me decide what I felt was best. That is not the case at all places. Definitely will use this store again and have recommended it to others.
