Amazing!!!!! This was my second attempt to get my nose pierced. The first time was a bit traumatic and the second, I was randomly at the mall and my son encouraged me!! I can honestly say from the beginning, it was a completely different experience!!! I asked so many questions!!! They had so many answers!!! My first piercing was painful from the beginning and seemed a wee bit better at about 6 wks and then the piercing got caught on something...next thing I knew, my face had swelled a bit on the side of the piercing and due to a significant reaction it had to be removed. We had such a great experience getting my daughter’s second lobe piercings, and Kev was amazing! They were so kind, patient, and made her feel completely comfortable the entire time. They explained everything clearly, kept everything super clean and professional, and took their time to make sure the placement was perfect.
As a mom, I really appreciated how gentle and reassuring they were—it made the whole experience stress-free for both of us. Her piercings turned out beautiful and she absolutely loves them!

My daughter had her industrial piercing done by Kev, and it was one of the greatest experiences. Kev was so gentle, and so patient. My daughter started panicking before the piercing, and Kev was so reassuring and understanding. They literally waited patiently for her to be ready, and walked her through everything.
