We had an excellent experience with Zerorez! Adam cleaned our carpets today, and I truly can't say enough good things about him. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and kind from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain the cleaning process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
