Auggie (spelling?) was very professional, friendly, didn’t take a long time and did a great job! He is knowledgeable about the job he does and it didn’t feel like he was pressuring me at all about explaining how the protectant helps your carpet overall. Very pleased with the results!
The tech was thorough and looked carefully at all my carpets before beginning to clean them. They looked great when he was finished! I love the fact that there is no soap residue in the carpets after they have finished cleaning - just carpets that look like new! Thanks, Zerorez!
