With certain services I wait about a year or two to leave a review, to see how things go. I hired ServiceMaster Construction last year to both repair some dry wall that was damaged from a roof leak, and to replace drywall in a bathroom, along with paint, and finish trim. It's been 18 months since, and I've had no issues. Paint is still good, drywall looks great, no leaks. Excellent service and timely work. I would recommend them for all Commercial or Residential projects, and would use them again.
Robert Lampe as a project manager estimator is incredible. Always communicating, kind, answering questions and helping people feel heard and their needs are met. An amazing hard worker.
Fantastic experience working with them through a very destructive and difficult time. Was able to use the space every day for my business after they were finished working. Everything was clean and professionally usable each time they left for the day. Absolutely recommended.
