This location is amazing. They listen to you, address your concerns, and get you what you’re looking for. Glasses I’ve ordered have been great, contact fitting has been perfect, and eye exams are spot on. The team here has done a wonderful job for me and have hurdled every obstacle I thought I’ve had. Not sure if insurance qualifies? Call them. Not sure if they’ll have the right lenses, or contacts? Call them. They have all the answers, and occasionally a good joke or wit to put a smile on your face.
I've been coming to this office for over 15 years and have never had an experience less than wonderful. While there has been a few doctors who have come and gone through the years (all who have been great), Charles, at the front desk, has always been a constant. He is always extremely friendly and helpful.
I have been going here for almost 10 years. The staff is great. When it comes to picking out glasses, Chuck always seems to know what I'm looking for. He is very helpful making the eyeglass purchasing process easy to understand.
