Nate was my tech… he was prompt and very courteous. I felt comfortable with him in my home. The office was very easy to work with as well as very pleasant! I would recommend this company highly!

Chris was sent to clean up a mess from the fourth flood of sewage in our basement. It shouldn't have happened, but Home Serve refused to repair the source of the problem. If this was the medical field that would be considered malpractice. We pay for the service, fix the problem! Don't just clean up the area and say that's good enough! However, Chris could only do what they authorized, and he was awesome. He got as much flotsam up as he could, and had an amazing attitude and smile on top of it. I hope he gets paid well. That's a nasty job!

I would 100% recommend TCG/Zippy Drain. Andrew Potter came in and saved the day! Came home from having back surgery to finding standing water in our basement. Andrew arrived on time and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fix and fully functioning bathroom by the time he was done. He educated us on what to do in the future and was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the whole process.
