While the results of my yard speaks for itself. I’d like to comment on how anytime I engage with a support rep, sales rep, or the person out spraying/aerating the yard has been pleasant and positive. Always willing to answer questions and get back to me if it needs a follow-up! My experience has been great since we brought aboard Naturescape to help manage our hard a little better than we were before!

Have been using this service for a few years and they have always been responsive if contacting them with questions or concerns. They have done a pretty good job overall. However, the most recent employee, Donna, who provided our service, was exceptional! She was very aware of the many plants in the yard and explained she would do her best not to have any contact with the plants. She is also the first employee who actually treated the lawn outside our fence, understanding that was also needing treatment. Thanks so much Donna!Service: Weed control

Update:After I posted my review that's below, they reached out to apologize. They acknowledged their service failures and vowed to improve their service. I appreciated the fact that they were responsible to my concerns. I edited to 4 stars and will give them another shot this year. I will report back at the end of the year...I've used this company for the last 4 years. I had been initially pleased, but over the last several years the quality of their service and attention to detail has went downhill. My yard had more weeds last year than in the last 10 years and to cap it off, they applied grub preventative at the end of October. This service needed to be done... read full review
