Overall, our visit here wasn’t bad. We were seen in about an hour, and once we were brought back, we went straight to a room. There was one nurse and one receptionist working, and after about 15–20 minutes the PA came in. They were friendly, professional, and clear in explaining that we needed to go to the emergency room because this facility didn’t have the equipment needed for our situation.
The staff was kind and the building was clean, so no complaints there. I just wish the facility had more of the proper equipment on-site so patients wouldn’t have to be redirected elsewhere after waiting.

After struggling to breathe for two straight weeks and having gone to 3 different doctors I FINALLY got help here at MercyOne! I have a lung infection and could not get anyone at the er, unity point urgent care, or my pcp to help me! The nurse practitioner I saw at Mercy One prescribed me the steroids and antibiotics I needed to treat my lung infection, and I am already breathing much better! The nurse was also very empathetic and supportive of me when I was nervous to receive the steroid shot. I had a much better experience here than anywhere else!

We had a good experience. The medical assistant was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The receptionist was OK. The doctor was fine. We were fortunate to be seen quickly on this Wednesday night at 6:45 PM.
