“We had flooring done this past Autumn. We felt that they did a good job. Great installers. We still our having some issues with the floor creaking after all new LVP installed on the first floor. Our sales guy never responded to me after multiple attempts. In addition, there were several issues with the flooring being ordered and then not ordered and then ordered in addition to the issues with getting quarter round. We have been waiting since October to have this issue resolved. Many text messages and phone calls. Not sure why they cannot get this resolved. A bit disappointed to say the least.“
