Lost water pressure in my shower on July 4th (of all days lol) and my showerhead dropped 2 inches like it was broken. I stopped shower and took off showerhead and realized the arm had broke. Called another plumber which was closed all weekend. Called Hugunin next and they were able to come out Monday and said the arm snapped off! Fixed the problem in under an hour. James was amazing to work and was very patient as he explained/answered every question I asked. I will def be calling them again in any emergency needs!

Much more knowledgeable and professional than the not so dependable other company. The other company barley looked at it and immediately tried to get me to buy a new water heater, mine was just outside the 6 year warranty. I had them order the igniter part instead of replacing the whole unit which that's what he said was bad, a week went by with no hot water and no word from them so I canceled and called Hugunin. They came out that same day and had my water heater running within minutes. No part necessary, just a dirty gas tube. The part that the other company ordered wouldn't have even fixed the problem.
