If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was in an accident and had my car repaired at Billion. I just picked up my car and it had a huge brown stain all over the passenger seat. I went back in and told them. They came back out to clean it but because the seating is similar to leather, wiping it off just got into the little holes.

My 2013 RAM 1500 Express Crewcab was in a fender-bender a few months back. I took it to Billion Collison for the repair and body work. They kept the truck for one week, and returned it to me in great condition. The repairs were done, repaint looks flawless, and they cleaned the inside and outside! That last part was such a pleasure. It felt great getting back in my truck. It was repaired, clean, and gleaned! Thank you Janice, Tina, and your whole team of body repair specialists!
I sent my car to Billion Collision after I was rear ended in an accident in early May 2023. Billion completed repairs quickly in my opinion, done in 2 weeks. When I came to pick up car and found a small issue with a button cover on lift gate, Billion made things right just as quickly as they could. While I didn't need to make use of shuttle or delivery service for transportation, both were offered and seemed very easy-to-use.
