Kevin was a very nice guy that came recommended by my insurance adjuster. He turned out to be very unprofessional. Did not answer texts or phone calls, would show up unannounced, did not follow instructions and quite frankly the work was sub par. Also tried to leave work unfinished the day before the plumbers were due to come in, and this was after he was unresponsive to do the demo work which the plumbers ended up doing themselves. Asked him to save some materials from the pantry that was removed and he never did. After almost 2 weeks of no response I felt I had no other choice but to hire someone else to finish the work. Would not recommend!
