Our ac went out during the hottest time of the year. I called them that morning (Wednesday) and was told it wouldn’t be until Monday that I could get seen. No worries let’s book it I’ll shop around and call if anything changes. By 3 pm I had received several calls from them informing their staff had moved through the whole list and could get to us if we were available. I’ve never felt so prioritized by a buisness in my life. Safe to say we’ve been running nice and cool since! 10/10 experience the young man who helped was in and out in about 15 minutes and was very efficient and friendly!
There techs had our new furnace installed within five hours, they were fast and super efficient. We are very pleased with Jesse, Kelly, and their crew on their work. Great asset to our community, customer service is a top key & Brooklyn has always been super fast and friendly on answering all our questions.
I want to thank you for getting my plumbing problem fixed in such short notice. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Will was the young man that came out he was prompt, professional, very polite and friendly. A true treasure in this world today. I would highly recommend your company and Will for anyone having plumbing problems
