“Tim Jacobs was delightful to work with. He is collaborative, he responds quickly to text messages, and I felt like he truly cared about us and about doing good work for us. He repaired our screened porch after derecho damage. He was respectful of our property, and he "cleaned up after himself." They were able to work with us to keep the deck joists and post, which were still in good shape, to save us a lot on replacement costs.
