I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Window Depot. Melissa, the salesperson, was not pushy at all (unlike other companies I came across). The price was also lower than some other quotes I had gotten previously. I personally had little to no knowledge about windows or window installs beforehand and was afraid of being taken advantage of. But Melissa was patient, honest, and fair with me which I really appreciated.I chose triple pane windows that made an immediate difference in the amount of warm air retained inside the house. We recently had some windows replaced in our home. Jayden, Billy, and TJ worked non-stop to get the job done. My husband and I were treated with respect and friendliness. They were careful not to leave a mess or damage any of our property. If we had any questions, they were answered. We had no problems with them.We are pleased with the windows. Already our home is quieter and warmer. Keep in mind that some window treatments will probably need to be changed. Replaced over 10 windows in my home. Matt Beranek and his co-worker did an outstanding job! They were professional, friendly, on-time and knew their stuff.
