UI Health Care - Urgent Care

I have been coming here since they opened, I have never had an issue, everyone has been very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I came in on the morning of 2/8/25 at 8:00a and the receptionist was rude as all can be. She had an attitude with every word that came from her mouth. I first tried to hand her my insurance, and she said she didn't need it even though I have not used it since receiving it. I was checking in on the tablet to put in my symptoms and I didn't even get to enter them because the tablet told me to see the receptionist. They were my go to urgent care for migraines and other issues.Removed 1 star because they dont do any pain relief. My podiatrist couldn't see me for another month and i was in extreme pain so they suggested urgent care. Urgent care RN basically told me to find a better primary care or wait to be seen at pain management. Still more doctors who would rather let people with chronic conditions suffer. As if this wasn't my last choice after many years of medications and shots already
