I’ve always had great fast experiences here. They’ve fully explained what was wrong with me etc etc but today omg it’s like they forgot about me. And I had a fever and felt horrible I couldn’t function and theeee longest wait everrr and then I didn’t even know what to do next besides take painkillers.
I have been coming here since they opened, I have never had an issue, everyone has been very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I came in on the morning of 2/8/25 at 8:00a and the receptionist was rude as all can be. She had an attitude with every word that came from her mouth. I first tried to hand her my insurance, and she said she didn't need it even though I have not used it since receiving it. I was checking in on the tablet to put in my symptoms and I didn't even get to enter them because the tablet told me to see the receptionist.
