Way Overpriced!! They tried charging us over 15k just to replace all the Fascia trim on an investment property we purchased. We decided against them & went with a real local company instead which did it all for only $4200.... what a huge difference!! Definitely best to call around first, be careful as they run under multiple business names when Googling roof, siding and remodeling services within the area!!

November ‘24 my wife and I bought a 4 bedroom home on an oak tree filled cut-de-sac in Manchester IA. We love the home except for the frontal exterior, it’s just too bland.
I mentioned we need to add a front porch, it will change the homes appearance.
I started drawing sketches, took photos of some other homes trying to get the image across to my wife what a gabled A frame porch would look like.
Drawings completed I began the contractor hunt. Many of my friends recommended the Amish. The city of Manchester requires business have insurance policies before a building permit will be issued.
Tri-County has done three significant projects at our home, with the most recent being installation of the Celebright 24v Lighting System. Each project was completed with professionalism, attention to detail, and to a level of craftsmanship rarely found with many contractors! Mitchel and Zach really hustled!
