Drop and hook. Simple process, but they need a sign explaining the simple process. .....drop your trailer in drop yard, bobtail to the loading area C (sign at entrance tells you this, just doesn't tell you where the heck it is located) So, turn right out of drop yard, go to corner of East Ave NE and 16th NE, turn right, go to end and turn right into load area C. Look to the right, bols are on display in a red box. Sign/date the outer copy, slip into red box, go back and hookup to load, get the heck outta there.

Seems like they work 24/7 and takes forever to load. Checked in Saturday at 2:30 pm and was loaded 6:15am Sunday. Very slow place. The only reason I would give these guys 5 stars is thanks to their friendly staff.
