Carpet was ordered and paid for in March. Never notified if it came in or not. Limited contact since then and no response in last few months. Do not use this company!!!!!! Still trying to get refund

We used Kelly for purchase and install of new engineered hardwood in Feb 2023. Our flush mount vents didn't come in time for the original install dates. We still do not have the vents we paid for and Kelly has ghosted us. Incredibly disappointed.

I want to convey how frustrated we are with Kelly and Thompson flooring. He won’t return our emails or texts. I asked for a phone call to finalize his quote and he has not called or emailed me back. We really wanted to go with Thompson Flooring, instead we are going with Carpetland. This was a situation where Thompson had the sale, all he had to do was communicate. Our house is 3200 square feet, its going to be over $35,000 for all new hardwood and carpet. Carpetland is more expensive, but we just can’t get Kelly to talk to us. It’s very disappointing.
