Steve was prompt and friendly. He went out of his way to work with us to find the right types of flooring for a complicated job. He worked with us on our evolving time frames for each part of the project. Steve was very knowledgeable. Not only with the right products and pricing for us, but general construction as well.

Very happy with our experience at Floor Shop. The owner went above and beyond to get the carpet we wanted in a timely manner as we were having guests. All installed and we are very satisfied with the product!
