We used TDTs tax services for our small business. Additionally we hoped for some tax advice as we prepared to sell our business. Unfortunately in the few years we had TDT prepare our taxes, for various reasons we were passed from person to person in their office necessitating conversations each year to educate each new person about our particular situation. And they charge a lot for every conversation! They got the job done and we sold our business, but it never felt like they were really in our corner. Maybe we were too small and inconsequential to make it worth their time.
