i have been recovering from whiplash for a few years after a fall on black ice. it took a year and a half to actually have severe pain and not being able to turn my neck so I started going to a chiropractor for a couple years and it helped but it wasn't getting better anymore. I had a few people recommend a spinal corrective center so I thought why not. after just a couple sessions I could see a difference. I just now am finishing going weekly but now going every other week. but I can turn my neck further than I have since my injury happened. I would highly recommend
