Spartan has been outstanding to work with. Josh came out last minute during Thanksgiving week for an emergency issue at our rental property and quickly got the furnace up and running so our tenant could stay comfortable. He took the time to explain the current unit was old (20+ years, AC closer to 30!) and we needed a properly sized HVAC unit to improve circulation and reduce utility costs.
