Shear Atmosphere Salon & Spa is a clean, nice, and cozy salon with stylists who do a wonderful job. The stylists have years of experience and knowledge, always listening to hairstyle ideas and being up for any challenge. The salon has recent updates. Services include professional color correction and hairstyling, with a focus on achieving desired results. The stylists are confident in their work and dedicated to their amazing clientele, ensuring clients leave feeling happy with fresh and new hair.
We have a couple people at our store who get their hair cut at Shear Atmosphere, and the stylists there alway do a wonderful job! They all have years of experience and knowledge too. Also, stop in to see some of the updates we did in the salon.
I am responding to Cheryl Millers review of me. I made sure she was aware this was a color correction while I was doing her service. I also made her aware it would take a couple of services to get her desired results. She was happy when I was done with her service and schedule another appointment. During this service she did nothing but bad mouth her previous stylist who was also her friend. That should have been my 1st red flag. I did NOT put her under a dryer when processing her color. She was under a professional steamer machine. There is a huge difference between the two. A couple days after the service she began texting me. Would not come in and talk to me. Would not answer her phone when I called her nor would she come in and let me try to make her happy. She then proceeded to send me nasty texts threatening to leave a bad review. I have been a licensed stylist for 37 years and have an amazing clientele. I am sorry she has resorted in this but I will not bend under pressure when I am confident in my work.
I have been having Nikki cut my hair for many years! There is no one else I will let touch my hair! Nikki always listens to your hairstyle ideas and is always up for any type of challenge. The salon is so clean, nice and cozy. Thank you Nikki for always making my hair feel fresh and new! You are the best!!!Service: Hairstyling
