Select physical therapy is really making a difference in my physical mobility. My rheumatologist recommended I start physical therapy due to a knee injury from a car accident and my rheumatoid arthritis. Select physical therapy is right by my apartment. At first I was just going to use PCI, but decided to look up select since it was closer to me. I'm so glad I did. I was so happy that they took medicaid. I had a feeling they may partner with the MAC, but didn't know for sure until I started. Select physical therapy was definitely the right place to choose because they do work with the MAC which means two of my physical therapy days are in their pool. Excellent care! Considerate and friendly staff. Josh has done an amazing job working on my elbow injury with exercises, graston technique, cupping, dry needling, and home therapies. This location sits next to the MAC which is able to be utilized by the Therapists.
Jessica has been very helpful in getting this stiff 78 year old in better shape. Moving is necessary with arthritis if you want to keep somewhat active. Some of the exercises feel really good. Especially love the massage and heat pads at the end of our sessions. Thanks for your help, Jessica!
