This visit made my day! I had put off seeing the dentist for the past two years, as I did not experienced this level of professionalism in a very long time. I had my questions answered as to why certain procedures were necessary to complement the service I received.
In my past experience. I bounced from one person to another and I didn’t see the same person twice at my previous dental plan.

Love the hygienist. Didn't make me feel stupid or less than because of my flossing habits. Dentist was very gentle on checking my teeth. I told them I couldn't afford Invisalign they seemed to understand. Not too pushy. 4.8 because of trying to push me into getting something I can't afford.
Everyone was really friendly and professional. Very little wait time. Excellent communication before, during and after the exam. The tech was very gentle. I didn’t walk out feeling like my teeth had been jackhammered. Thank you for that.
