Brook and Rob are very down to earth people and great to work with. They did all the right things to help getting my parents home sold in a very short manor. My family was beginning to look at new homes as part of a long distance relocation. We were in town for a very short visit and needed a buyer agent at the last moment so we contacted Brook. We met Brook and her partner Rob at the first property we asked to see and instantly liked their knowledge and professionalism. We originally thought we had the perfect property that day, but when reality failed to live up to the on-line photos, our search was only beginning. Rob quickly figured out what we liked, disliked, and what our wish list required. We visited a number of homes in person, and after we returned to our current home several states away, Rob and Brook were able to arrange several video chat showings. When we found the perfect property, they guided us in making an offer that included necessary items for the local norms and soon had an accepted offer. Next came all of the inspections, funding, insurance and other necessary tasks. Brook and Rob were able to refer us to top local providers which we could interview and who took good care of us. When we encountered a well water issue 36 hours before closing, they arranged a well inspector the following morning and we worked through the situation without impacting the final purchase. Brook and Rob were terrific and exceeded our expectations in making the real estate transaction successful but also helping us settle into a new community a thousand miles from our previous home.
