The shop was clean... I do prefer to wash my hands before polish is applied and was told no net yet. Ended up with bubbles in the polish. They did offer to fix it. Gave a $25.00 tip on an $80 nail. I read through the reviews and did not experience any of those things. There was a brown skinned woman next to me and she was treated well and served at tall glass of wine. Another woman was chatty with her tech and another had been going to the same tech for like 7 years. No one that worked there appeared to be rude. One can always be critical and pick out flaws. the best!! If I get my nails done I always go here. I call ahead to make sure they have time to fit me in, which I recommend because they get busy! If they say they have time for me, I get in the chair right away. I was also just SUPER impressed by my set this week and wanted to share :)
Loved this place! She did exactly what I asked for and was kind. I had an appointment and the wait was kind of annoying since there was only two workers but overall very nice, and calm place
