My primary LMT was on vacation, and a colleague of mine recommended that I try Valerie at the Mind, Body & Spirit office in Cedar Rapids. It was an excellent referral. Valerie is an exceptional LMT... very professional... great communicator... and I received an excellent massage. If you are looking for a new LMT in the area, then I would certainly recommend calling this office and giving Valerie a try.

Who knew a chiropractic appointment could be relaxing?! Instead of feeling rushed through and sold to I left feeling instant physical relief and an overall sense of calm. I couldn't recommend it more~!!! ☺️
