My son was terribly sick the last few days throwing up everywhere and that’s when our water heater decided to stop working! I was having to warm up water in the microwave to wash him off and it was terrible! We called our warranty company to get it fixed and they set us up with Miller Plumbing. They had 24-48 business hours to get ahold of us which should have been Tuesday, but instead they got someone out to us right away today to get our problem fixed. I am so very thankful for their consideration of our situation! Everyone that I was in contact with was so kind and made sure we were taken care of! He was also so patient with my million and one questions since I don’t have the first clue about plumbing. Very honest which is wonderful. I wouldn’t feel comfortable calling anyone else after this experience. I would recommend them to anyone! Very impressed! Thank you so very much!
