The store in Waterloo closed so I am traveling 50 miles to get product. I called to set up an appointment a couple lof days prior. I was able to purchase all the items I needed. Great customer service and provided suggestions for possible alternatives but not pushy. Will certainly go back or call now that I have established a list of products I use.
