I had a severe case of frozen shoulder and ended up needing manipulation surgery along with arthroscopic surgery to remove bone spurs and release a tendon in my rotator cuff. After nearly three months of physical therapy and a steroid injection, I hit a frustrating plateau. My shoulder was stuck at about 65% improvement, and nothing seemed to be helping me move forward.

This was a great experience! I have required massage for decades due to severe injuries. Frank is incredible, the facility is really nice. I loved the wall fountain. The rooms are clean, the music perfect, and the staff was all wonderful. It was so good that I bought a membership. I've returned twice since then and it's been great every time. They also offer facials so will try that next!
