LINS Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job installing our new LP gas water heater. Shane and Jack, with LINS, were on time, very proficient in removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They installed a new (small) section of the water line to the new heater with a quarter turn on/off switch to update that connection, improved the vent stack by screwing the pieces together, etc. They were neat in all of the constuction. We give them a 5 star rating! Thank you LINS!

Extremely satisfied with service. Servic tech had the central airconditioner capacitor and coolant fixed for under $500. Called about 9:30AM and scheduled appointment for the next day but got a call back for an early opening and was completely finished with job by 11:30AM. What a relief in this hot weather. Many thanks!

Service was great. Prompt and efficient. We were charged 120% for the vent cap replacement part however. Not sure if this is standard in the industry but a 6 inch vent cap should not be 20% of the cost of a brand new water heater.
