The home we bought had a lot of pet urine in it and Jason and his son came in and removed the odors and did an excellent job cleaning all our carpets!! I would highly recommend and use them again. Thanks!!!!

The urine odor could turn away a burglar.
I called Jason, who calmly asked questions, explained the P.U.R.T. product's enzyme formula and what he hoped to accomplish on both fresh(er) and old(er) accidents deep in the carpet, the pad & likely the sub-floor. Jason & his partner Christian called to announce their arrival, were friendly, neat, fast.

Jason was very thorough getting our new home’s carpets looking spotless! He explained the whole process for treating pet stains & odors and was very kind about working around another appointment we had scheduled at the home, we will definitely use Klein Chem Dry North Liberty again, the work was quality and done swiftly!
