I came in to get my CPU cooler installed, and he had it done within 30 minutes. Albeit, he just sent his daughter to college and had the store closed the previous day so he was a little backed up on calls but it just showed how much care and effort he puts into each customer.

While I was waiting, there were a slew of older individuals that came in asking for various help, like transferring photos to AOL, or replacing a video card in an older computer. He can do it all, and he has great prices (looking at you, Geek Squad!)
