Daughter with 2 little kids had furnace issues over weekend with temps degrees and falling.. Allison contacted us first thing Monday to set up service call. Service Tec ( Rick) was very professional, courteous. He went thru systems thoroughly and fixed the problem. He even checked out the Nest T-stat ( another problem). I strongly recommend Iltens for any heating/cooling work. In this day and age with all the options available to call its nice to have great service from a local family run business.

Iltens sent a tech out to fix my Lennox thermostat on a Saturday evening, fixed it, and filed a warranty claim for me and I never even purchased my Lennox system from them. Great Work! Thanks! Dave Lauer.

We had been having HVAC problems ( not cooling adequately/freezing up) for quite some time. Other HVAC firms could offer no solutions other than to say the air conditioner should be adequate for our house. We thankfully called Ilene's. They came and discovered a wiring problem with our system and they also added a cold air return. We now have a HVAC system like we should have had quite some time ago. I cannot say enough positive things about them. The technical that worked in our home was excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.
