“I have used Hogan-Hansen for accounting and tax services and have experienced multiple errors over the years that have cost me both time and money. The most recent example involved a sales tax filing that resulted in a $94.21 penalty due to a filing delay, which the firm later acknowledged and stated would be credited back to me.
While I appreciate that mistakes can happen and that this particular issue was admitted and addressed, it has unfortunately not been an isolated incident in my experience. Repeated errors and oversights have required additional follow-up on my end and have created unnecessary costs and frustration.
