Took 2.5 months to do regular w2 taxes. Asked them about a goverment program before I gave them my tax forms. They knew the whole time that I didn’t qualify for that program but I had no idea. Without that program my taxes were simple enough for H&R Block computer program to handle no problem. But instead of informing the customer they fleeced me for 500 dollars for a 670 dollar return. They will always charge a new customer 500 dollars for a return regardless of tax difficulty. So good luck with that. I’ll never be back.

I incurred additional charges without prior communication or consent. No where is it posted that additional time will be at $xxx.xx per hour. Poor interdepartmental communication is why I came in 2 additional times. Taxes not done correctly. Could have all been avoided. The firm does not hold themselves accountable.

Made an appt with no extra time to waste. They knew it was a very important meeting to have then cancelled day before with no rescheduling basically said they didn't care. Go somewhere else. Very unprofessional.
