Keith was very pleasant to work with. His prices were fair and he communicated very well. He actually had to come back to our place after installing our vinyl the first time because the basement flooded about a month after he installed it. He was able to come the same day it flooded to help start tearing out the vinyl to allow it to dry before he re-installed it. He's very efficient, so that helps keep the price reasonable. Keith went above and beyond, was very punctual and professional during the install of our floor. Even though we decided to do the trim out ourselves, he spent the time to show me how to cope the inside corners to make the trim look really good. It took me a few tries but I got the hang of it. He took better care of our house than we do ourselves with top notch dust collection and attention to details the entire way. Everything he did screamed quality, in this classic 1970s Skogman house.
