It was ve4y quiet when I got there. Guess they are not very busy on a Monday afternoon. But the guys I spoke with greeted me in a very friendly manner. I only needed a copy of my house key, so I wasn't even there long enough to get a good look around, but the store was clean and the employee who helped me got the key cut in less than five minutes. I would definitely go there again because of the welcoming employees and the lack of competition or line of grumpy people. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which was a welcome change f4om the Cedar Rapids hardware stores that I normally frequent.
I love this local hardware store! I shop here both for my work and for me personally. They have always been very helpful, kind, and friendly with quick turn around on repairs and orders and lots of in stock options. The staff go above and beyond and I couldn’t say enough nice things about them. This place is a local treasure!
This place is a great resource for any DIYer, handyman or similar professional! The guys who run this place are exceptionally knowledgeable, possess the right mix of experience and professionalism... with outstanding customer service and an unbelievable selection of specialty and more difficult to find yet commonly used hardware of all kinds. I really appreciate these guys and this is an excellent resource for my business. I wish I would have just found them much sooner... But better late than never right? :-)
