Guy says he shampoo my carpet but definitely didn't. Also I think he did a rush job because he called me saying he wouldn't be done until 8pm because he over slept 2 hours. Then got it done by 4pm do not recommend this was my wife's mother's day gift and I'm going to have to redo all the floors and vacuum and shampooServices: Full body wash
