Waiting to hear back from William for 8 days now. I have some questions concerning my invoice of $206 on June 17th. As stated several times we had a new fan installed by Dalton 11/26/2024. We also purchased on 11/23/2024 as a member. Justin who installed the fan stated that the membership was a maintenance membership and no future concerns as long as a paid the annual fee. I definitely need some questions answered about this charge. Richard Umbach

Guys came back and fixed our issue by getting a new toilet in, had it taken care of within 2.5 hours. Thanks so much, this is why we always keep coming back to Dalton!
Edit: The technical William did a great job fixing the issue and works hard hours at night and on The weekends. He took time to explain things and do things right and even took time to call our insurance to make sure we could get reimbursed. For all that I added a couple of stars. I am still leaving one off since their AI needs to be better monitored especially in emergency weather situations to make sure customers are at least getting updates rather than ignored hours after they were supposed to hear back from someone.
