I like the vibes of this office and overall Dr.Parsons was great to work with, tentative to needs, answered all of my questions and delivery went well!
The only complaint I have because it still haunts me to this day is that I worked from home so my 3 year old could be with me and of course would be coming to my appointments. Husband travels for work and is only home 4 days a month, bad experiences with neglectful daycares and not everyone has family close by to help. I always had her stand by my head and hold my hand during pelvic exams trying not to traumatize her with what happens during the exams.

A preventative screening is usually always covered 100% by insurance, however I was sent a bill after my visit. I called the office to see what that coding charge would be for, and they stated it was for my question about pain control methods. This pain management question was then coded as if it was related to a health condition. Unfortunately, if I had known that my question was going to be coded as a charge, I would have just looked on the website and gotten my answer. The person I spoke to who does the billing codes was nice and empathetic, however she said there was nothing that could be done. OB GYN SPECIALISTS YOU NEED TO LOOK AT WHO YOU HAVE EMPLOYED IN YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT!!!! YOU HAVE RUDE EMPLOYEES!!! I love the care I received from Jessica Arp, but I have only seen her 1 time, so too early to make a firm decision. What I am sure of is they are not willing to work with patients on their bills and setting up a payment plan. I have noticed this with both ob gyn specialist and ob gyn associates. This is disturbing to me, because these are the places that are supposed to be helping women fight breast, cervical, and ovarian cancer and they won't work with you on a payment plan.
