Cedar Rapids Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary facility caring for dogs, cats, pocket pets, and exotics. The staff is very helpful and friendly, always willing to answer questions and treat pets with respect. The knowledgeable veterinarians, especially Dr. Weber, are highly valued by their clients. The hospital offers flexible appointment options and often can fit pets in quickly, which many pet owners find very helpful. Clients appreciate the caring and compassionate attitude of the staff, especially during difficult times like pet loss, when they show thoughtfulness through sympathy cards. The hospital also provides great care advice and promotes responsible pet ownership and preventative healthcare. Overall, Cedar Rapids Animal Hospital is known for providing excellent care and handling pets with kindness and understanding.
I have been using Cedar Rapids Animal Hospital for our pet's veterinary needs for almost 30 years. During this time the owners and doctors have changed but the care for our pets has been exceptional. They have seen 8 of our cats and 3 of our dogs over the years. We no longer have cats but enjoy our 3 dogs.
For each of our passed companions, the doctors and staff have shown great compassion.
I highly recommend them when considering the quality of care, the doctors, and staff.
The staff at CR Animal Hospital are fantastic! They are welcoming, friendly and know who you are when you’ve brought your pets for many years. They are accommodating to get your pet in when needed and quick to respond to phone or email questions!
my 11 year-old Boston terrier Izzy has seen the doctors at Cedar Rapids animal Hospital ever since she arrived in my home and I can’t imagine taking her anywhere else. She doesn’t mind going there at all because she knows she’s gonna get her nails done which usually means lots of treats or peanut butter. When Izzy was a puppy the Office was right down the street from us that somehow makes it feel more like going to visit a neighbor than a doctor. Love everybody at Cedar Rapids animal Hospital. Even when I was overreacting to an issue, they made me feel heard and supported
