We had a wonderful experience buying our new carpet from Carpetland USA. The sales team was patient, helpful, and guided us right to the perfect style and color for our home. The measurement process was smooth, and the installation crew was punctual, polite, and did a super neat, clean job. Our new carpet looks and feels amazing. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely return for future flooring needs! Thanks So much Carpetland USA Team!!!!!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Dara and Bill were amazing to work with from start to finish. Their pricing was the best we found, the entire process was easy, and most importantly, our new floors look fantastic!
What really impressed us was their honesty and integrity. After everything was finished, they actually gave us a credit for unused materials and labor - we didn't ask for it or even know we were owed anything, and they let us keep the left over boxes they credited us. That kind of honesty is hard to find and says a lot about how they do business.
We couldn't be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend Carpetland to anyone looking… read full review
